At Trends of Africa and Alterations, your satisfaction is guaranteed.  We offer only top quality merchandise, but we understand that unforeseen events can occur.  Therefore, we will refund the total cost of all unopened items.  If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item, unopened, or bring the unopened item into the store for an exchange item of equal or lesser value, or a full refund.

***Refund policy is limited to items that have been damaged due to shipping and items that are returned to us, unopened and in the original package.  Once the item is received back in our possession, all costs will be refunded to the card number you provided, with the exception of a $25.00 restocking fee.  We WILL NOT accept Or be liable for items returned due to wrong size or color, or for reasons related to laundry, dry cleaning or normal wear and tear. Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
